After a seventeen-year career in various Operational and HR roles in the Hospitality and Brewing sector I founded Gryffindor in 2000. For the last twenty years we have been enabling clients to build leadership capacity, navigate change and improve business performance.We design and facilitate bespoke leadership and management development programmes that release the magic in individuals, teams and organisations.In my spare time I teach karate, go fishing and travel.

Rhoda Mortimer Senior Consultant

A Senior Training and Development Consultant, I have 20 years’ experience of helping businesses and individuals develop and grow.

With an engaging, enthusiastic and supportive delivery style, I am able to build trust, and then challenge and encourage my delegates and clients to realise their maximum potential.

I have designed and delivered a wide range of management, leadership, service and personal development programmes to all levels across the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Professionally qualified in Regulated Financial Services, I have helped a few hundred advisors obtain their industry qualifications.

Karen Morton Senior Consultant

An experienced consultant, trainer and workshop facilitator, with a strong career background in Sales Promotion, Public Relations and Broadcast media all of which have given me the ability to relay messages meaningfully and with purpose to engage different audiences.

Instilling confidence, raising aspirations and creating inspiring experiences are my guiding principles behind the design and delivery of all workshops and events. I am qualified in Belbin Team Roles and C-Me Profiling Accredited. I also hold a Certificate from Northbrook College in Diversity & Inclusion.

My lifestyle interests include producing programmes for local radio in Sussex, flower arranging for special occasions for friends/ family/ community, walking by the sea wishing I was brave enough to be an all year round swimmer, listening to podcasts and going to fashion exhibitions at the V&A Museum London.

Tim Luke Senior Consultant & Executive Coach

After a career in the army I have spent the last 30 years designing and facilitating learning experiences for managers and leaders in both the private and public sectors. This often involves using the outdoors to create adventurous and experiential learning for individuals and teams. I have worked at Board and SMT level across Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.

I am an Executive Coach, accredited through the Academy of Executive Coaching and also an accredited Mediator.

I’m described as engaging, results focussed, tough but also sensitive to people and the challenges they face.

In my spare time I enjoy climbing and scuba diving and also race dinghies competitively and in 2018 finished first in The Jester Singlehanded Transatlantic Challenge, in a time of 40 days.
